1. Introduction
Welcome to Race Feed. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Race Feed mobile application and website. By accessing or using Race Feed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Description of Service
Race Feed provides users with racing schedules and optional local notifications for various series. The app does not provide accounts, collect personal data, or offer commercial services. Notifications are created and managed locally on your device.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Race Feed only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the app or website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Race Feed.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Race Feed, including but not limited to the app design, code, graphics, and logo, are owned by Luke Johnson or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
5. No Affiliation with Racing Series
Race Feed is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any racing series, organization, or rights holder, including but not limited to Formula One Management, FIA Formula 2, FIA Formula 3, FIA WEC, IMSA, or IndyCar. All trademarks, series names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Race Feed is provided for informational purposes only.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Race Feed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of schedules, or that notifications will always be delivered on time. Your use of the app and website is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Race Feed and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app or website. This includes, without limitation, missed race sessions or scheduling errors.
8. Third-Party Content
Race Feed may display information sourced from third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party content and disclaim all liability related to such content.
9. Platform Terms
Your use of the Race Feed iOS app is also subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of Apple Inc. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights Apple has under its applicable terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to Race Feed if we reasonably believe you are misusing the service, interfering with its operation, or violating these Terms.
11. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any features or content of Race Feed at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the service.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
